These Terms govern your use of Feeln, operated by Springs XYZ. By downloading, accessing, or using Feeln, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
Feeln provides music, lyrics, listening tools, favorites, and related content intended for personal reflection and enjoyment. The catalog and available features may change over time.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Guest access may use a temporary anonymous account.
Subscriptions and payments
- Some content or features require an auto-renewing subscription.
- Prices, billing periods, trials, and included benefits are shown before purchase.
- Native purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Supported web purchases may be processed by Paddle through RevenueCat.
- Subscriptions renew until canceled under the terms shown by the payment provider.
- Manage or cancel native subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
- Deleting Feeln does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are governed by the applicable payment provider's policies and law.
- Use Restore Purchases in Feeln to restore eligible access.
License and intellectual property
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Feeln for personal, non-commercial purposes. Feeln's software, design, branding, lyrics, recordings, artwork, and other content are owned by or licensed to Springs XYZ or the relevant rights holders.
You may not copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, sell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service or its content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access the service unlawfully or interfere with its security or operation.
- Attempt to bypass subscriptions, access controls, or usage restrictions.
- Use automated systems to extract content or overload the service.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. Where required, material changes will be communicated through the service or this page.
Account termination
You may stop using Feeln or delete a registered account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Account deletion does not affect obligations or rights that must survive termination.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feeln is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Springs XYZ and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from Feeln. Consumer rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
